James Roach

Detroit, Michigan

Looking for a James Roach of Detroit, my other Grandfather, who had sons Harold (my father ), Ralph, Emmett , James, and a daughter Ellen . My Grandfather  worked for the New York Central Railroad in the 30's or before. I would like to know  from whence he came . His wife was a Cummings, who had 2 sisters who owned  some  property in the Holy Redeemer Parish near Vernon and Junction. I have  no inkling as  to the origin of this clan, but I would appreciate any info you can provide.
