Goodrich Hospital

Goodrich, Michigan

I just recently moved from Goodrich to Rochester, Michigan.  During the four years I lived in Goodrich I never gave it any thought about the history behind the little Village.  Now that I have moved It hit me. I logged on to a few web sites to learn more about Goodrich especially the Goodrich Hospital ( Greenview Manor Apts.) in which I lived in. When I first moved there I lived in a one bedroom , ground level off the first parking lot with all my windows giving me a view of the golf course.  I was told by somebody that this part of the building was once the emergency room. I don't know how true that is.  I then moved into a two bedroom, also ground level. One of my bay windows faced the corner of Hegel and Ridge roads.  Nobody could tell me if this part of the building was a originally part of the hospital.  I would really like to see some pictures of the hospital before it was turned into apartments.  Maybe even some old building plans if they even exist.  I would find this very interesting.

Contact Janet with more information on the Goodrich Hospital.
